As we move closer to spending a few months a year in the master suite, Ray, our property manager, guru, and the founder of La Pura Jungla, has suggested we take advantage of the HUGE space over the laundry area and install a loft with a couple of bunk beds. That would allow the guest house to support 9 or 10 guests even if we are occupying the master suite!
Also, we are in early design stages for a swimming pool – not a huge one, but big enough for laps. We’ll put a spa in one corner of the pool and leave the rest for swimming. Of course where we are the filtration and cover are almost as important as the pool itself.
